Broomdasher is a six voice acapella group singing traditional English folk songs. Formed two years ago by singers with a long folk pedigree, they are a new group with hundreds of years of singing experience. They’ve also been mentored and supported by several folk artistes including John Tams and Barry Coope. www.broomdasher.com

Their harmony singing and engaging stage shows have earned us return bookings everywhere they’ve sung and their debut CD Nothing To Do With Me has been enthusiastically reviewed.

Folking.com: “Glorious harmonies and finely crafted arrangements. An impressive calling card to bolster their flourishing live reputation”

Mike Norris, EFDSS Folk Classics Show: “Six voices with lovely harmonies and they clearly enjoy singing together”

The Living Tradition: “Very accomplished singers with a palpable sense of togetherness in their well-oiled performances, they have also gained a reputation for their involving live performances”

Folk Monthly: “Nice harmonies and if Trad is your thing, this should please you”
